It flexibly responded to recent development on the Czech financial market. And that is why it constantly expands its portfolio of financial products to accompany successful and established models of real estate financing.

Erste Group Immorent’s vision is to create a logical chain of related services in the real estate sector and provide them under one brand. Filip Hradec, Head of the Real Estate Business Department of Česká spořitelna, and Tomáš Velemínský, Director and Executive Manager of Erste Group Immorent ČR s.r.o., were appointed members of the management of Erste Group Immorent in the Czech Republic.
