Erste Group Immorent connected the activities of the real estate business division of Česká spořitelna and real estate leasing and project development offered by IMMORENT ČR in the Czech Republic.
“For corporate clients of Česká spořitelna, the establishment of Erste Group Immorent means access to more comprehensive real estate financing services. We will be able to provide real estate leasing in addition to standard loans under one brand and meet clients’ individual needs all the better,” says Filip Hradec, Head of the Real Estate Financing Department of Česká spořitelna.
“Additionally, we will focus on providing real estate leasing to towns and cities and we believe that there will be a gradual increase in the PPP business.
