Loans below that threshold will continue to be provided by Česká spořitelna’s Developer Centers. The new division of Erste Group Immorent will cover a complete range of financial and non‑financial services for the sector of real estate and infrastructure projects. Česká spořitelna will continue to provide all remaining products and services, such as accounts, payments, currency trading and payment cards.
